Stockbridge High School is proud to share positive academic results from the 2024–2025 school year, reflecting the collective efforts of our students, families, staff, and community partners. These accomplishments highlight our ongoing commitment to high expectations, strong support systems, and success for every student.

Academic Growth Across Subject Areas

During the 2024–2025 school year, Stockbridge High School demonstrated meaningful growth in several core academic areas, including American Literature, Algebra, Biology, and U.S. History. Overall content mastery increased, indicating steady progress in the classroom.

Equally important, students from all backgrounds—including Economically Disadvantaged students, English Learners, and Students with Disabilities—met academic performance goals. This reflects our school’s commitment to providing equitable learning opportunities and ensuring that all students are supported.

Closing the Gaps for All Students

One of the school’s most significant accomplishments was earning a 100% score on Closing the Gaps, indicating that all identified student groups met or exceeded academic expectations. This milestone demonstrates Stockbridge High School’s focus on meeting students where they are and helping every learner grow.

Improved Graduation Outcomes

Stockbridge High School also achieved a 6% increase in its graduation rate, reinforcing our shared goal of preparing students for success after high school, whether they choose college, careers, military service, or other pathways.

Recognized Excellence by the Georgia Department of Education

The school was recognized by the Georgia Department of Education for high graduation rates in several areas, including:

  • Advanced Academics
  • World Languages
  • Fine Arts
  • CTAE (Career, Technical, and Agricultural Education) pathways

These recognitions reflect the wide range of opportunities available to students and the school’s dedication to helping them complete high school ready for the future.

A Supportive and Positive School Environment

In addition to academic success, Stockbridge High School continues to foster a positive and supportive school culture. The school is recognized as a PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) Operational School, promoting respectful behavior, student well-being, and a safe learning environment.
